All items are made to order. The current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks depending on complexity.

There is no minimum for individual orders however wholesale discounts start at 10 items.

The cost of customs ranges depending on the complexity of your order as well as the garment type. There are lots of factors that play a role in how much your order is. You will receive an in-depth invoice stating what you are being charged for.

920 Threads provides all the items for completing your order unless you choose to have your own personal merchandise embroidered. In this case, please contact us via email to be sure your merchandise meets the guidelines.

920 Threads takes multiple forms of payment. You will be invoiced for half of your custom order upfront which can be paid in multiple ways which will be discussed with you.
